Forestry Operations

Lacroix Forestry Management harvests timber using multifunctional equipment. The collected timber is then transported to the region’s sawmills. The company also carries out various forest roadworks.

The annual harvest capacity is approximately 114,000 m³ of CPRS (cutting with regeneration and soil protection) and approximately 31,000 m³ of commercial thinning, partial cutting, and regeneration cutting.

Lacroix Forestry Management’s forestry operations are union-certified. In addition to employing approximately 40 people, the company generates employment for several contractors who act as subcontractors. Lacroix Forestry Management is therefore an economic force, creating and maintaining numerous direct and indirect jobs.
